He is a graduate from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and has worked for Fortune 500 companies for over 15 years. Andy has lived in Chicago most of his life and got tired of the cold weather. He moved to sunny Phoenix, Arizona where he lives currently. Andy found and married his beautiful wife Tamar who is a native of the area. They enjoy motorcycling and exploring the fantastic natural wonders around the state year round.

Brad is a highly skilled, multicultural leader with business experience around the world. In his nearly 30 years experience, he has worked for many Fortune 500 companies such as Cooper Industries, Belden Corporation, USG Corporation and Motorola Inc. He is a graduate from Thunderbird - The American Graduate School Of International Management where he enhanced his knowledge and skills in Global Leadership.

A native of Illinois, Brad was raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Upon becoming an adult, he experienced the wanderlust of his Viking ancestors. He is a world traveler with numerous trips to various places in 5 of the 7 continents. Besides Illinois, he has lived in California, Virginia, Missouri, South Carolina, Arizona and Hong Kong. Brad has conducted business and visited in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, U.K. and 40 of the 50 states in the USA.

In 2000, Brad returned to Arizona after several years in Hong Kong. His profits within the new century include his wife, Tara, and their newborn daughter, Jamie.
